My old Craftsman was leaking and blowing dust all over my shop. I am basically pleased with this vacuum. It has much more suction and it doesn't leak. It is a bit loud. My old Craftsman allowed me to put a plastic bag in as a liner and I could pull it out and dump the whole thing. I tried it on this one and it sucked the bag up around the filter. So no easy dump. The catches pop when you release them and tend to catch your fingers. Basically though it does a great job at what it is supposed to do.

I highly recommend this product! Only gripe is the wide attachment could do with having a brush on it! That or they could include one with a brush on it! Other than that, buy one! Worth it!

I’ve now owned this shop vac for over three years and it’s a real workhorse. I mainly use it around the garage and to vacuum out our cars, but it’s powerful enough to clean up larger messes if needed. I only purchase the OEM/name brand replacement bags and they hold quite a lot. In short, I thought this was a really good shop vac for the money, and it’s not made from cheap plastic parts.

Machine has great suction.Easy to set up,, except the handle will it go on. It is too small. Therefore maneuverability is zero.I’m going to have to rig something to be a handle as I haven’t seen a way to get in touch with the seller.

WOW!!! I used this a few days ago and was seriously impressed!! I didn't know or think it was as powerful as it is. I used it to blow dry my motorcycle after washing it. The amount of air and the power of the airflow shocked me. LOVE THIS NEW VAC!! And in stainless steel too, it's a gearhead's best friend in the garage.

I have been using many Craftsmen tools for 50 years and never been let down. This vacuum is excellent for many uses from just cleaning the shop to getting nasty coffee and kid's drinks out of the carpet before they can stain (don't forget to get at the stain while it's still wet and then use plenty of water on the stain). I have been using similar Craftsmen Vac's in my wood working shop as well as house and the mechanic's shop where I do auto, cycle and even aircraft work. Super pick up power and all so far have lasted well over 15 years in heavy use (with sensible maintenance). I always tear mine down every couple years to make sure bearing points are clean and lubed, fan impellers clean and undamaged, clean and or change filters often. Just started using this one and it, so far, is doing great. Recommend this highly. Incidentally, I seen a bad review on this with the complaint that the wheels fall off; recommend you make sure to "seat" the wheels with a moderate blow from a rubber mallet; don't use a metal hammer or you might not have wheels to worry about. If you purchase I hope your luck has been as good as mine.
