How to use is it compulsory to apply lotion

This is only a protective cover for the moisturizer or medicine cream to stay on the applied surface for a longer duration. For eg, if I apply a Crack cream, this will conceal the cream for a longer duration on the heel.

yes. But a piece of advice, pls dont buy it. Its not worth the money and no use for heel pain. For use as socks its ok I think. Very thin material.

These silicone heel pad socks were quite uncomfortable while walking also quite difficult to clean. By wearing them a kind of moisture gets locked in the feet. Overall nice quality ,works well, and do not tear easily.
