Not a bad choice for spares or light riders
If you ride hard or a lot these may not be for you. I got these as some temporary pedals while I wait for the ones I want to get back in stock. I've taken them out in some atrocious cold/wet conditions and they offered good grip with some 510 prime blues down some harsh stump riddled steep lines. They're light, simple to install, but any pedal is really.I would not expect these to hold up to any serious abuse though, the bearings aren't great. These will be a good emergency pair or for someone not taking them out in harsh conditions and who's taking it easier on the trails.

A bit big but very good for the price!
I got two pairs of MDEAN Bike Pedals, one for a fixed gear and one for an MTB about two months ago and they have been really good even survived a crash. they are very big and the spokes might ruin your shoes and pants if they get caught, but for the price you can't go wrong.I went with these instead of the fooker or the race face Chesters and saved some money.

Very grippy for mountain and trail biking
I'm not sure I'd use this for commuting due to the exposed screws.. but it grips my shoes very well when practicing jumps. It's already been a little banged up from pedal strikes against rocks and cement. Pedals are consistent in build and seem to be well sealed from the elements so far. It's been through a few puddles and mud already - I'll post back if it doesn't hold up over time.

Great product
Wasn’t expecting them to be this nice, but definitely gonna have to order another set. Super light weight and the grip is amazing. Definitely best bang for your buck.

Seemed good at first.
Had the pedals for a little over a month. Ridden maybe 5 or 6 times as i normally ride with SPD pedals. The right pedal has side to side movement of about 5mm on the spindle. I would not have noticed but I told a friend to get these as well and in 2 rides he has the same issue. Noticed that the allen key screw that seals the pedal has fallen out and maybe that is the cause of the play. Poor construction. I would not recommend these again.
