Unstrap it from the hard plastic part and hand wash only! It will get damaged if you machine wash. Also hang/air dry, do not put in the dryer.

Will this boot be helpful if you have plantar Fasciitis ?

Probably make it FEEL better, but not make it GET better. Stretching and ice will heal it, this will just immobilize it. There are insoles for plantar fasciitis that are probably less expensive and more comfortable.

How wide is this boot?

I have a wide foot, and the boot had more than enough room for me to wear a thick sock and use the foam padding around my foot.
