I'm wearing these to write this review
I like to sit outside with my laptop and work. Today it's raining and a bit chilly. First time wearing these gloves and they're really nice right now. I'm satisfied for the price, especially as a 2-pack. They are just what I was expecting for the price. They are very basic gloves. They must be plugged in and are always on. You can't adjust the heat and while it's noticeable, it's not *that* warm. Still helpful and I'm happy to have them.

cheap gloves but good heat
The fingerless gloves themselves are cheap, the kind of thing you can buy at the dollar store and too thick to type with for my small hands. Its the heating pads inside that are great, and the fact that they are attached with velcro so that you can position them the way you want or take them out and put them into better gloves. I only wish they had found a way to heat the finger portion not just the palm/front of hand since it's my fingers that are cold and arthritic.

That they do not heat up and the cord tears up easily.
This product was used for helping with pain management after surgery. The cords to the gloves did not stay in place and cam out not letting the glove to heat up.

Made for Light Use
I used these while on a construction project. In thirty degrees they kept my hands from freezing. They maintained the same temperature, so no matter how cold or warm it got they stay the same. In the early morning the took a few minutes before I could feel them, but by mid morning I would have to unplug them. I think they are designed for light use. They lasted for 3 uses each before breaking. The usb plug or cord right at the base of the usb plug broke on both of them. The pads and rest of the cords are in great shape, but the whole unit is useless now. I still wear the gloves though, which are of good quality. The cords needed to be about 6 inches longer. I had them plugged into a battery cell the I kept in my pocket. When I would reach above my head they would come unplugged. When they worked, they worked well. They did not work long under heavy use.

Not super comfortable but gets the job done
I get really cold hands from being at my computer all the time, and these definitely do the trick of heating them up. I find they're good for short-term wear to heat up, and then take them off so I don't wear them for a long period of time. That being said I do notice the heat dies down after a while, so I don't think you would get too hot wearing them. The heating patch is really stiff, but I keep it on the back my hands and it's not a huge hinderance. There's also a large white part of the cord that's some sort of adapter at the base of the glove, but I just tuck it into the hem and it stays out of the way.
