Excellent product for the price
I've been using resistance bands for some time but I've always been afraid one is going to snap and I'm going to lose an eye. Overall this cable machine does everything I want it to. It's a bit shorter than the commercial machines but thats alright. I just stand a tad closer to it. The assembly is straightforward until the cables. I read a few reviews prior so I put the pulleys in place with their respective bolt and no nut. Then I looked at the picture for way too long and still didnt understand the path of the cables. As I ran the cable around I would pull the bolt to free the pulley, feed the cable, then replace the bolt. I ran both cables and made sure it worked before I put the nuts on. I also added 2" sleeves (found on Amazon) in order to use 2" plates as that's all that I have. As mentioned before the unit uses threaded bolts for the pulleys instead of a carriage or shafted bolt. I dont know if this will wear grooves into the pulleys over time. I'm going to replace the provided hardware with a shafted bolt when I find the correct length.

Excellent
Great machine , especially considering the price. Easy to put together, took less than 45minutes . This is the wall mounted system. Once bolted to the wall, it is sturdy. The rollers are smooth on it , it slides great once you put weight on it. I don’t see a reason to buy the more expensive machines out there. Excellent for a home gym. Delivery was fast , packaging was good.

Great for lightweight workouts for average person
If you need lightweight workouts on a cable machine--up to 50 lbs--this is a good piece of gym equipment for the price for the home. It's built on sturdy steel, has pretty low friction movement, and is pretty easy to assemble. It's not an industrial-grade Precor cable machine by any means, but it will work for daily use of lightweight work by a few people in the house. In fact, if you're used to working on a Precor station, this offers just about the same motions you can get on a Precor. You can do chest, back, arm, abs, and shoulder work easily. A few things though to consider:1) If you're a tall person or have long arms, this will not give you a full range of motion workout. The travel for the weights is just not long enough, but you can modify your motions to cover a full range. You just have to be creative.2) Instructions are not accurate when it comes to the pulley wheels and cabling. You have to cable it as you install the wheels. Don't put on the wheels as instructed and then expect to cable it without pulling the wheels off. Otherwise, the instructions are pretty easy to follow.3) Double check all the parts before you start building it. Mine was missing a plastic bushing in the traveling weight carrier. It took a week or so to get a replacement from the manufacturer. They were prompt in responding to my requests and got it to me within 10 days.I suggest you also buy clevis pins and cotter pins or other type of pin and save the pulley wheel bolts and nuts for something else. This system is built on wheels and axles, and you don't run wheels on threaded axles; you should use a smooth pin and even a little smudge of grease. 1 3/4" pins for all but the double pulley, which takes a 3" pin. I got them off Amazon.

Came defective
Two pulleys were seized up and would not move. Took them all apart and there's no grease in any of the bearings. Lubed them up and two still wouldn't work. Manufacturer never responded to email so I just bought some off amazon. And out of those 5 one was bad too. You may want to convert aluminum pulleys but given the price you are better off buying a different product.

This is a must have piece of gym equipment that could function as your only weight lifting machine.
This short cable tower could legitimately be a single piece of equipment for you to work out your entire body, assuming you already have weight plates. The positive:1. It takes up a very small amount of floor space.2. You can perform almost every weight lifting exercise: curls, triceps, standing rows, upright rows, lats/downward rows, leg exercises, ab crunches, chest flies, and chest press (I swap in a pair of suspension trainer straps that are smooth since they rub against your arms For the chest press).3. The price of the Titan fitness is cheaper by $100.00 or more compared to competitors. The negative:1. The pulleys are "cheap" but work fine2. Directions for assembly seems to have skipped a few steps3. You will want to buy additional straps, D rings, and accessory bars to perform some of the exercises more effectivelyThis could easily be the only piece of exercise equipment you need to get an effective full body workout. This offers between 90% and 95% of what a true functional trainer offers. Funny thing is, if you really miss the 4 foot spacing between the pull handles that a traditional functional trainer offers, it is still cheaper to buy 2 of these towers and space them 4 foot apart than it is to buy the cheapest plate loaded functional trainer, and over $1000 cheaper than buying a functional trainer with the pin and weight stacks. This is a must buy!

Does not take up alot of space
I needed something small and did not want to bolt to my wall so I bought sand bags to hold it in place. I do not lift a ton of weight so this worked perfect. Very versatile too, with the pulleys being adjustable you can do many different exercises.
