Edit: This company's customer service is exemplary! I received an email the very next day and they rectified the situation.My 6 month old loves it. However, I just received it on Monday, the 24th and today is the 27th and already, a seam where a tie is anchored to, has already ripped. I had to thread the tie through the netting so the tunnel will stay connected to the actual pit. I am a little concerned about the durability considered she has only had a few days and she doesn't play in it all of the time.

Fun little tent ,tunnel & ball pit. Pros: easy set up & my 1 & 3 year old grand kids love it! Cons: Need a LOT of balls to fill ball pit area..at least 600! Also connection between ball pit ,tunnel & tunnel to tent not very secure, balls escape easily. Kids cannot hang on to side of ball pit to stand as it collapses too easily. The entire set up does slide across carpeting as the kids played in it,we did not try it outdoors. Would i buy again? Yes because the kids had a blast when set up!

Very thin material has started ripping just 3 months into play, and since it isn't used often that shouldn't be happening already. It did pop up nice, and I like that it folds flat, makes storage easy. That and the size (it's pretty big, which I like) are the only reason it got a 3. The connection pieces that hold the tunnel to the tent and ballpit do not work well. They're flimsy so they separate easily. It has kept my one year old entertained when he decides to use it.

Threw my toddler a pool party and invited two of his friends. Ages 1.5 years old to just over 2. They would climb in this whenever they were bored of the pool and would go back to the pool whenever they got bored of this. I bought 50 balls and that seems perfect. They liked pushing all the balls down the tunnel and back.Downsides are you have to stake down the tent (stakes provided) if it is at all windy, but there are no stakes for the ball pit. It didn’t fly away though, just moved a little. Also when I unpackaged it there was a spot of dirt or something that was the size of a quarter and wouldn’t come out when I Lysol wiped it. Not very noticeable now but still disappointing.

Great price and grandkid loves it. (14mo) (And some of the adults too) It does take up lots of space but its great. We purchased approx 700 balls (this is what is pricey, the balls) for ours and it filled it up. (only problem we have had is she tends to trip over the edge into the tent area and in one case did scratch herself on the velcro that the tent flap can hook to if you put it down. It is pretty tough because she tends to fall & crawl over the edge of the ball pit area to get inside it and so far so good. Nothing ripped or torn.

I bought this for my sons first birthday and he absolutely loves it! it was super easy to assemble. A few of the ties that hold the pieces together broke withing the first few hours of play but i was expecting it for the price plus by son its rough on his toys. We decided to buy a pack of 200 balls to go with it (it does not come with any balls) I think i'll probably buy another pack because they get spread out through the tunnel. I would highly recommend this!! it keeps my son very entertained 7 his 8, 5, 3, & 8m old cousins play with him - great for a lot of different ages

Tent is at best, so so. Not sure I would recommend. Mine looked used. The dots were faded and the stitching was poor. Also had a brown stain on it. I did return and go with something better made.

Okay... I'm usually not this critical and I try to be fair with everything.... But.... I bought the tent and ball pit ball's for my 3 year old son as a birthday present. He played with it for all of 30 minutes before it began to wear along the sides and created a hole big enough to get his foot caught in. For the money I wasted on this, I expected it to last a bit longer than 30 minutes..... I set it up in the house due to crummy weather outside.. If you're looking for quality and longevity.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. It's junk! Very disappointed.
