Q: If I have 20 balls to repair, how much of the ball doctor do I need?

You would need 20 ball doctors - one for each ball.

Q: How do you get this product to work? I cannot squirt it out once injected it into the ball, but if I pull the end off, I can see it is not dried up.

I followed the directions that came with the product. I deflated the ball, removed the cap from the product tube and inserted it into the ball valve. I pressed the plugger down to inject the contents into the ball and reinflated the ball. I rolled and bounced the several times. It worked great.

Q: Does it work on footballs with a bladder.

I don’t think it will work on anything. Arrived mostly dried up. The rest did not work.
