They really work well with extenstions.

Good evening, my job is to assemble for the Home Depot. I ordered this product after seeing. YouTube video. These tips are great. There are three tips #3 #2 and a fine tip. These will really increase your production time. Other tips I've bought do not have enough magnetic power to hold the screws. These will help with the job.

Difficult to maneuver

The inside of the sleeve has a rubber surface which is meant to hold onto the shaft of whatever it grips. So that's important I guess. But getting the thing on and off there was a real chore. The 'stickiness' of the rubber as it slides, or doesn't slide, on and off the metal shaft. That was the difficulty.
