After much research on what type of tumbler to buy for my particular needs, this one seemed a clear choice, despite the price. However, upon it's second tumble of a three tumble process, three of the four supportive springs have snapped. Upon contacting the seller "Plumbstruck," I was then referred to the manufacturer, and then another manufacturer. Almost 2 weeks later, I have reached someone who will take a message regarding getting me a replacement part.Upsetting that nowhere in the information does it mention that this is apparently a common problem with this particular tumbler. Even more unfortunate that despite issues with the supportive springs, the tumbler itself does an excellent job.Hopefully we will be resolved soon.

The Gy-Roc is a work horse- well built, quiet and efficient. I am replacing my old model from 15 yrs ago.
