How heavy are these toys?

I do not know the exact weight but they are not heavy. I bought them for my grand daughter when she was just 4 months old she was holding them and shaking them and throwing them. They are very light plush toys.

Does this package include all items on the photo? barbell, kettlebell, med ball & dumbbell?
