RAW, not roasted
These are RAW peanuts, not roasted. The package doesn’t specify. I found out the hard way.They taste similar to raw green beans or raw snap peas. They do NOT taste anything like peanut butter or roasted peanuts.They appear to be high quality, but I’m sensitive to mold and cannot take a risk on eating them.

i'm sorry to report that the bag i received were not good. maybe they spoiled, expired date just two months away. I threw them out and got a refund from Amazon. There are so many great reviews, maybe i just got an old bag.
