Q: Is the Jandy lid/flap assembly compatible with this valve?

The holes line up, but the seal may not be perfect. We do have replacement flap assemblies if you need it.

Q: Woulld this work on the "inlet" side from the pond to the pump? (Not the output side of pump)

I would not put this check valve on the inlet side of a pump. Outlet side only.

Q: Can one use a regular pvc cement to glue this cpvc valve to a regular pvc pipe?

you can use regular pvc/ abs glue.
