The 1st unit purchased was Nov. 2017. The light does operate correctly, charges the battery and works as aux. USB power source. However the lens slide for light beam adjustment is not smooth on this unit, it feels rough in it's transitions.The 2nd and 3rd units were purchased in Aug. 2018. Both of these unit look like the first unit purchased 9 months earlier, but they are not the same. After charging the batteries on these units one functioned properly and the other did not. When turned on, the defective unit would flicker and then either shut off or glow dimly . Swapping batteries did not help. I then tried to switch the tail end cap where the switch is located with the 1st unit I purchased to see if I could determine the cause of the faulty operation. Although the flashlights physically look the same and are the same diameter on the outside, the other rear end cap did not fit, they are not interchangeable. The defective light was returned for refund and a replacement was ordered, let's hope the replacement works properly.Update 2018-09-08: Today I got the replacement for the defective unit that was purchased back in Aug. Charged it up and it does appear to be operating correctly. However the O-ring on the rear cap was torn. I will attempt to find a replacement O-ring myself to fix the problem.Nit picking... It would be nice if this lamp had a pocket clip instead of the cheap lanyard that is supplied with the unit.

This flashlight is extremely bright, it even lights up the day! I am well pleased with it and the three light settings of BRIGHT, bright and s-t-r-o-b-e. The focus to spotlight feature is pretty cool, too! (if it came with a red filter, i could use it to play with my cats!) The carrying case is a nice touch, keeping it safe and well cushioned.The fact that there is also a belt carry attachment AND a bicycle attachment for this flashlight is BONUS! And yes, it is bright enough to be a headlamp for a bicycle at night - even the most Stygian of nights! Full props for this light for the way it gets charged. No taking the rechargeable battery out and sticking onto a charger. This flashlight has it's own charging cord! And i can (and have already) charged my phone off the battery because it comes with both, the usb and the mini usb ports! Love this bright little flashlight! It is so easy to use and such a wonderful addition to my car emergency kit.

Sturdy aluminium body, ragged grip, smooth zoom - I like its military-like design. The beam is intense andshoud fit all applications. The flashlight is powered by LiIon battety, so it can deliver 2.5A through USB that is enoughto make work any phone for a short time.The flashlight has some power supply versatility. Normally I'm recharging the flashlight via USB port. Going outdoor,I take extra 18650 batteries and replace once it's depleted.

Very nice flashlight that comes in a nice case with two separate types of charging adapters included. The beam is extremely bright and can be projected in 3 different modes: high, lower, and flashing for emergencies. You can also use the flashlight as a USB power source which I find amazing. I will update of I encounter any issues since I plan on using this every evening.

Excellent product, better than I expected for the price. The fact that it can also be used to charge a cell phone is an excellent perk. After another 499 charges I will review battery life. I purchased one for myself and one for my wife to carry in her purse. My wife likes it because of the size (small) and the weight and it fits nicely in her purse.

Just got this light and surprised how well its made. Can charger it in house or in the car. Light doubles as phone charger. It feels really solid and the zoom feature is smooth. The led is rated at 1000 lumens. All i know is that its really, really, bright. Will probably order 1 more and leave it in my car.

Very bright!This light is just incredible, charge your smart phone while riding your bike, this is pretty awesome! What is really good and convenient is that you don’t have to pull the battery out for recharge it on an additional charger, the light is the charger itself, which is really great – it’s small but so bright.

The flashlight has 3 press options. Bright, low and SOS. You have the option to zoom in and out of distance and brightness. Also has a USB charge port for external charging. Steel quality, heavy duty and perfect to fit in pocket. Very happy with my flashlight! Price was perfect
