1 for $20? they sell for $1.19 at local hardware store. Can anyone explain why these are so expensive?

Make one yourself with a cut down milk jug and a soup can for the hole Pour Sakrete to a depth of 3-4" and cure 2-3 days. Stronger and much cheaper than ordered ones, but not as pretty unless you paint them green. I left mine plain for visibility. You can also keep them from breaking by putting a layer of pea gravel down under the donut to cushion the impact of it is driven over.
