The glycerin in here is made from mustard seed. Mustard is a fairly common allergy, Europe has mandatory labeling for common food allergens like peanuts & mustard, but this item isn't marked anywhere. So unfortunately I can't use it, making it difficult for me to assess.However, my "testers" said the taste was pretty bad, like gas fumes and grass.I ordered this because it's a more potent dose than most chlorophyll drops - 100mg whereas most only have 50mg. Also this has some bonus ingredients not found in other chlorophyll drops (trace minerals, etc).If you don't mind the lower 50mg dose, and prefer a better taste, then check out brands such as Rocufast, LIQUIPUR FORMULAS, and Purgenx. They are watered down a bit to make them more palatable, and have added mint flavor, so you can take them directly on the tongue.

I enjoy the new products from Trace brand so I was excited to try Trace’s chlorophyll drops when they became available. These drops are very potent and much more opaque than other chlorophyll drops which can be a little off-putting at first. I was worried they were going to taste bad but they really don’t have much of a taste at all. These drops can be easily added to water and consumed without much of an aftertaste. I do enjoy the minty flavor that other drops I’ve tried have and I wish these had some mint too. Overall, great product that offers a very potent dose so make sure to shake the bottle well!

I got this chlorophyll because it doesn't contain sodium benzoate, which I see on far too many chlorophyll bottles. The only problem with this one is my dropper is malfunctioning, the green liquid is oozing out of the white dropper and I can't use it anymore as it gets all over my hands. I think I'll just put it in an airtight bag and pour it into an empty chlorophyll bottle when that happens. This one doesn't have any mint taste, so if you don't like mint, you might like this one. When I use it the color seems the way that it should; not a weak light green, it's a strong dark green.

My favorite chlorophyll water was too expensive, so I sought out drops to make my own. With a little lemon juice, spirulina, and maple syrup added, my favorite beverage is pennies instead of $4.00/bottle. And since I only use a couple of drops, this bottle will last me through next year. Win win!
