I read a article that Restless Leg Syndrome was cause by a lack of Iron so I bought these but I found out from my neurologist that it is a lack of Iron in the brain an if u take orally never gets in ur blood to be carried to the brain an chelated or not still messed up my stomach an bowles so went with Iron infusions, straight in the vains, to the brain an what a difference!!!
