Great Tile Available at Amazon-- Lousy Service from Tiles 4 Less
I have been searching for months, at both Amazon and my local people to find the perfect backsplash tile for my new kitchen counters -- and finally found it! Yay! A new tile came on Amazon and I was so excited, though not pleased at the $9+ shipping fee for 1 square foot. When it arrived, bingo, it was the perfect match. I then contacted Tiles 4 Less by e-mail to find out the shipping costs for another 54 square feet. No response. I tried to find their phone number, but no listing. Days later I contacted Amazon and one of their usual wonderful helpers said she would get right on it, and contact the seller for me. I was so happy. Surely they would respond to a request from Amazon, the greatest presence on the web for shopping and Tiles 4 Less wanted to be a part of this vast selling machine. But no. Days have passed and I still don't know what it would cost if I ordered the amount I need. So, if you only want 1 square foot, you're in luck. If you want more, nada.
