These are very high quality, if your shoe is almost the same size as your foot these might be tough to add into because of the large cushion area. I buy my heels a half size bigger so I have space to add these as needed. My heel no longer slips out and I feel more stable in these when walking. I love the customization of these to be able to fit and function how I need them to. For the price I really can't find any complaints.

Receive the package on time. I am concerned and disappointed as there are no guidelines or instructions as to ideas for placement and the different types of shoes. These little pads are a total lifesaver! They're super comfy and do exactly what I need. They've really saved my feet from all that standing throughout the day.

Very very disappointed in this, I wasted my money. Less than half an hour the inside part slipped and when that happened my toes slid to the front caused my toes to pained and then it got numb, especially big toe. I felt like my toe would've broken, to top it off the glue sticked under my feet in the shoes causing my feet to stick at the front that caused my feet to stick at an uncomfortable position until my toes became numb.Would not recommend this at all.

I will forever buy these. Made a big difference in my heels. They added so much comfort to my heels. I can wear them longer the 2 hours and no pain.
