Great product

We use this product to lock our kitchen pantry. Very easy to install and a very good product. Screws were included and installation was straight forward.

To secure the doors when my dogs were locked away

I bought these to hold back an external door to stop it from being closed by the wind every time the slightest gust came across and thought i could use the adhesive pads to stick them down as they were being place on UPVC frames and doors.Although the latches themselves seem to be able to hold up to plenty, the adhesive pads don't seem to hold up to anything at all and dropped off within 3 hours of being placed on resulting in a now chipped tile underneath which i have had to replace at my own cost.Unfortunately i am not able to screw it into the UPVC in order to protect the weatherproofing, so adhesive pads are the only way and these have failed and were the only reason i went with this product in the first place.

These are really good quality. They are sturdy with a nice glossy finish and very easy to attach to the door using only a screwdriver.

Bought these to retain patio doors i.e. stop them moving in the wind. Not at all suitable for this purpose as the hook pops out of the eye with very little force. I doubt they would stay closed on a gate either.
