Though the description indicates that it could be used for people with diabetes or issues with swollen feet, that really isn't the case. It fits like a regular sneaker. So if you are getting this for someone with circulation issues who feet swell, these are not the shoes for you.

I’ve been experiencing swollen feet and ankle due to some medication I’m taking and having the darn seat time finding shoes! I’m normally a size 7 or 7.5 wide, so a larger shoe doesn’t really help.These are great! Super comfy, with the gel Insole. Room for me to even wear socks. They were warm and supportive. Easy to get on and off, which is a huge plus when you’re already swollen and uncomfortable. Easy to adjust the strap too.I haven’t worn them for an extended period of time yet (or walked very much) so I’ll update when I do. Very happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a shoe with a wide width and that would not create pressure points on my foot. I had been advised by a podiatrist to be very careful about the footwear I used to prevent blisters or calluses. He had recommended a good padded sneaker, but I find that sneakers can too clunky when I want to look more stylishly casual. This shoe had a cushion-y sole, memory foam, that feels like a high end sneaker, but has a much trimmer and fashionable look than a sneaker. The top velcro closure allows adjustment of the shoe to fit whatever sock or stocking I am wearing. The shoe opens up very wide with this velcro closure and makes it easy to slip your foot in. With a very high arch, this has been more comfortable than a laced up sneaker because the velcro closure permits me to adjust the pressure across my instep. I am only using the one inner sole, but the shoe came with two additional cushioning inner soles. My podiatrist was pleased with this option as an alternative to his suggestion of an athletic sneaker. I ordered by regular size, but I think the shoe may run about a 1/2 size large. I will definitely be getting additional pairs in other colors and will try a 1/2 size smaller for a snugger fit. As a person who has a struggle finding shoes that don't cause foot issues (blisters, calluses, wounds), I am delighted to have found this option. I would highly recommend.

With my shoes I received 3 insoles. There should have been at least 4 insoles. I received1 very thin insoles and 2 very slightly thicker insoles. This does not match the description (in number of insole replacements) and certainly does not match the insoles that came with the shoes. Who are they fooling? They are making a profit based on minimal quality and half empty promises. If I did not need these shoes during this pandemic I would return them. Shame on you for taking advantage of your customers.

My mother is elderly and suffers from Edema. She is also on blood thinners and diuretics. Her nurse suggested closed toe shoes to protect her from injury in the event she may stub her toe. She normally wears a size 9w. I ordered her a 9 these shoes are true to her size. The wide velcro band is easy for her to lift and adjust as needed. She loves them. They are her in door shoes. She is even sleeping in them. I am so pleased that we finally found a shoe that fit her feet, meet her medical needs, and look amazing. They resemble a very popular brand at a fraction of the price. Mom did not use the additional insoles. She is enjoying the gel memory foam that was originally inside the shoes.

I have zero idea how this shoe is getting such great reviews. First, it looks and feels (quality wise) like something you'd pick up at a dollar-type store for five bucks. Second, it comes with multiple inserts that you have no idea how/why to use, with no description or instructions. The toe of the shoe is mis-shaped differently on each shoe (like there is no quality control) ... and putting a foot in it feels like you have a sock on with a rubber sole on it... no support whatsoever. Other reviews call it "supportive" and I can't imagine what they are talking about. I feel as if I got scammed or something. Update - I had my mom try them (wheelchair, but does some walking with a walker). WOW, these are even more awful than I thought. The inserts (remember, zero for instructions on how to use them) slide all over. Because of lack of ANY support and slipping insert, she doesn't feel safe even standing in them, let alone walking in her walker. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WITH BALANCE ISSUES OR IF YOU NEED SUPPORT. THESE ARE EXPENSIVE "HOUSE SLIPPERS" AT BEST. Junk, just junk. Shame on who is selling these.

Women's Stylish Diabetic Shoes Extra Wide Widths Walking Edema Sneakers Adjustable Strap Easy On/Off are AMAZING, I was so down not being able to find anything for shoes that would actually fit ( I am dealing with fluid retention in my feet ) My daughter in law and Son bought these for me and I wore them to the Doctors the other day and they fit great and my feet do not hurt while wearing them.I would highly recommend them.

I got these for my 89 year old Mom, who has multiple corns and permanently crossed toes. She is VERY hard to fit for shoes. The first ones I ordered fit perfectly roomy over her crossed toes & corns, but they were too big lengthwise. I was afraid she would fall in them so I returned them for a 1/2 size smaller (the company was very prompt about the refund). The smaller ones fit her length perfectly so she was really excited, they were so easy for her to put on & take off. Alas, after wearing them once she found out that the smaller size didn't give her enough room height/width wise for her crossed toes & corns, iike I said she has very weird feet. The rub gave her blisters so I needed to return those too. I would have seriously kept them for myself, as I am getting older too and these are very comfortable, but they were too small for me. These are lightweight also and would not be too hot for summer months. I recommend these and was sad that they didn't work out for Mom.

Sehr gute Schuhe und schön das mit dem Klettverschluss. Alles weitere muss sich noch rausstellen. Habe sie erst ein paar Tage.
