I would give this product 4 stars for overall looks and comfort, 3 stars for durability, 2 stars for craftsmanship, and 1 star for packaging.While the set looks nice enough overall, it is fairly light weight (doesn't feel hefty or solid) and has a quite a few flaws in the metalwork (tabltop is uneven in a few places, there are some minor mars and scuffs on the metal). The high back chairs are comfy to sit in, the depth accommodates longer legs, and the chairs don't hold water.The packaging of the table was fine, but the hardware packets for the chairs had split open during transit, allowing many of the pieces to fall out and roll freely in the box. A few must have fallen out, as we weren't able to find them after gathering the contents from the bottom of the box. Consequently, we had to pick up some nuts from the store before we could finish assembling the chairs. Also, two of the metal U shaped pieces were bent, so my husband had to bend them back into shape, by hand.Amazon was great and did give us a discount on the overall price for our troubles. Still, these are a few concerns to be aware of if you are considering buying this set.Update*** We've been using these chairs for only about 4 weeks (sitting in them only minimally), and they are now squeaking terribly when rocking/swiveling). This lowers the craftsmanship/durability to 1 star). Considering the initial price of this set, I don't feel it's worth it. I'd recommend passing on it and finding something better constructed. I wish I had! :(

While the chair and table are good quality and have a great look, I give this product a 2 star due to packaging and lost hardware. We ordered two sets and the UPS delivery guy brought a few screws and bolts in his hand when he brought the items to the door. He said he could hear parts rattling around and the box had a few large holes. Both of the heat sealed packages with the hardware had been torn open. We combined parts and got one set put together. Sent the other back when I discovered the manufacturer and Amazon do not have spare parts. Amazon replaced the set and we ran into the same problem. We kept a few pieces from set two and thankfully had all but one nut to assemble the third set. The chairs are comfortable but very frustrating to send the package back and still have the same problem.

My family enjoys this outdoor bistro set. I purchased about 2 years ago. It’s my first go to spot when I want to sit outside with my coffee or glass of wine. The chairs are comfortably and it’s a good fit for tall people. We have not needed to use cushions or pillows for additional support. Living in Southern California no need to cover or take inside. Routine dusting is the basic maintenance. The table top easily wipes clean with water or disinfectant wipes. Both table and chairs dry quickly after it rains. Looks great on my patio!

The package with the chairs was ripped open, but not to the extent of damaging the contents. Both chairs have damage in the form of scratches and dents. It appears the scratches were on the chairs before they were packed. The hardware packages were torn open and much of the contents were scattered about. We think the hardware packages were packed this way by uncaring personnel. 3 small parts were missing. We will keep the set, but we have ordered some touchup paint from the manufacturer. We like the set, just not the scratches and dents.

Overall nice set but not as heavy/sturdy/stable as expected - especially for the price. Arrived in 2 boxes, both of them were ripped or crushed. The chair hardware was loose in the box and I am still surprised no parts were missing. The table top's color/paint is uneven on one side (more than the intended patina/distressed look). Not sure if it's abrasions during shipping or just a poor paint job.

Bought this set to place next to my pool. I wanted a sturdy table with no glass just in case it got knocked over. This is a very nice set with a sturdy table and comfy chairs. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent quality. I love the rocking / swivel motion of the chairs. The color is lovely. The decorative top of the chairs is beautiful but not comfortable to rest your head on, otherwise the chairs are comfortable to sit in and rocky in. I wish I had gotten chairs that were plain back, but that is just a personal preference. Nothing wrong with the chairs.

This is a very nice set. Once we got it put together, we are enjoying it very much. That being said, as we were putting it together, we noticed that some of the holes we needed to match up to put the screws in, did not match up all that well.
