I'd initially written a 4-star review a while back but had to downgrade it. The chair was solid in the beginning but over time it doesn't do so well. I got it July 2018. 1 1/2 years it's become very wobbly when locked in the upright position (yes, I've checked all the bolts to make sure they're not loose) and frequently if I move a little or adjust my position in the chair, there's a loud popping sound, like something metal is catching and slipping. I'm just waiting for the day this thing breaks and sends me heels to the sky.I won't be getting this chair again. An office chair should have longevity, this one does not.

You can see underside seat screw insert hole spacing is 7 3/4", but one side of the hardware that needed to be fitted to the seat underside had a hole spacing of about 6 3/4". The hardware needed to be impacted with a hammer to correct the spacing. The other side fit as intended. Other than that, I love the seat. It is super comfortable and leans back just right and I can rest my head on the pillow top, and I love the armrests fold upward so I can tuck-in the chair under my desk.

I am sitting in this chair as we speak. It has good lumbar support, and the padding is firm. In my opinion, the firmness of the cushion is critical in order to remain comfortable while sitting for extended periods of time.I think this chair will last me for a while. This was a gift, and I use it when I sit at my desk at home.

It was easy to put together. Looks really nice. The material is very comfortable. So is the padding. Much better lower back support than previous chairs I've owned. Just an all-around great chair.

Great chair for the money! Box name said KADIRYA. I saw the same chair named that for substantially more money on amazon. I’m 6’2” 250 male and this chair is comfy and well built. Looks amazing and a 2 year old can put it together in 5 minutes. There is no “wobble” as I see in another review. Seems solid.

Not the easiest to put together. I had one screw that didnt fit quite right, so I had to leave it out. The chair is comfortable, but am afraid it will break for due to the one screw missing.

Just opened the box to start putting my chair together and had several damaged pieces and no screws to put chair together. Sending back! Very disappointed.
