Surprised, better than expected
I was looking for a portable shower for a long time, was hesitated to buy till i checked this one. Have been used for few days already and really love it.It's very simple to assemble, just connect all the rubbings. It comes with a USB cable you can charge anywhere that has an USB port. The charging light is red and doesn't change color though, so I just leave it there for few hrs I think it will be good. It also got a hook with suction cup you can hang it anywhere, very practical. The seal of the battery cap and tubing are very strong, no water leaks from tubing and don't need to worry about the battery short. The water pressure is very strong, I was really surprised! I used it in the swimming pool and bath tubs for my daughter, she had a lot of fun. Will use it to wash my dog this weekend, too.I am pretty happy with this product.

Great product!
I knew I was going to need a shower system for a weekend trip with no facility. Solar showers require sun to heat them and our campsite was in the forest with lots of shade. What I did was use a big collapsible basin with water from the camps well. Than heated up a big pot of water on my coleman propane, added it to the cold basin water. Got it nice and lukewarm and me and the kiddo got to take bathing suit showers before bedtime. Has actual pressure! Enough that my daughter used shampoo and conditioner on her crazy long hair. Would recommend this to anyone even if there is an onsite shower, we used this to rinse our dishes off as well.

Terrific for camping!
DEAR MANUFACTURER: the *only* criticism I have about this shower is that the battery/switch unit should have an integrated hook or slot so you can set it on the lid of a bucket. (Attached is a ridiculous doodle of what I mean.) It's reeeeeally annoying to have the on/off switch dangling over the side of the bucket all the way to the ground. Dirt gets on it, and fumbling with the cable with slippery soapy hands to get to the switch is especially fun when your face is all soapy and you can't open your eyes. If it could be perched on the lid of a bucket that would be SO much better! I was honestly surprised to find that something people typically use with a bucket- and is otherwise so well designed- wasn't made with this in mind. I'm going to zip-tie an S-hook or something to mine because it's been so annoying.Dear everybody else: OMG this thing is genius for camping. We put a couple of gallons of plain water into a five-gallon bucket and then add hot water from the stove to heat it to the desired temp. We leave any unused water in the bucket for next time. We do several-day primitive camping several times a year, and this thing is BRILLIANT. We're in Texas and in summer most days get around or over 100 degrees... even much of our spring and fall are ungodly hot. Having this shower available to cool off regularly is a figurative life-saver. And we're not dirty smelly hippies, even after a week in the woods! Other campers around us are green with envy, but we're not jerks so we let them use it :) The battery has lasted just great for us and is a snap to recharge, but like others, I do wish it could charge with a USB cable instead of a proprietary one. Overall, A+++, would buy again, have already recommended to many.To store it, I hang up the hose (head attached) to dry for a couple of days, then store with the charging cable and other accessories in a 2.5 gallon ziplock bag. We don't even use the accessories but it keeps everything together, just in case. The clear bag makes the shower easy to find so packing is grab-and-go, and when we pack up camp the bag keeps drips inside instead of all over our other stuff.

Stopped working after 3 uses
I bought this so my wife would have something to use to wash her hair during a 3-week overland camping/off-roading trip. This worked 3 times. On the fourth attempt to use it, the pump actuated, but did not pump water, as if the motor shaft separated from the impeller. It worked great until it didn't. If this were constructed better, it would be the best on the market and I'd recommend it completely. Until they build it better, I absolutely do NOT recommend it. This same product is sold by several retailers on here, and they're all junk. The first one I received (from a different seller) would not make a good connection to the battery pack. We did not arrive home from our trip until after the one-month return window was over, so now it is just wasted money. Don't waste your money.Edit: The seller refunded this purchase in response to my review about this item.

Great product with surprisingly strong flow..
Why four stars you ask? It’s all about ease of use.. the rechargeable battery while supplied with a usb charging cable, it is a round plug that goes into the battery housing. If it would of been a usb-micro or usb-c I would not have to concern myself with yet ONE MORE cable that if I loose it, another product cable would not be of use. The charging port should of been standardized and then I would give this portable shower head the 5 stars it deserves otherwise. Good flow.. nice feel to the plastics..(not cheap) and it doesn’t matter much to the flow if you put the pump in water close to the shower head or if it reaches above your head at six plus feet of height... the flow is pretty much the same.

You will be pleased with this portable camping shower 2017 Upgrade
Exceeded expectations. However, when plugging USB in car receptacle, message on front dash screen indicated that the device was overloading the system. Actually charged shower motor at home (before leaving the house) placing the plug into my computer tower. Speaking of the overload message, it is possible that the motor was already charged and needed no additional charging. When using the portable camping shower, it would be really nice if one could stabilize the hook that the showerhead hangs on, as it tends to swing back and forth when in use. For this reason, when water is running, I have to hold the showerhead at all times. As a suggestion, it would be nice to perhaps develop an even more sophisticated model with a telescoping stand. All of this being said, I am extremely pleased with this product. I stayed three days in the Cherokee National Forest recently and the motor chargenever ran out.
