Before purchasing, I was very worried about leaking, not being able to get it out, etc. So I initially tried it out on a day I wasn't too busy and would be close to home. After using Diva Cups for about a year and a half (I recently replaced my original due to discoloration), I can honestly say it makes my life that much easier. The key when inserting, as many other reviews have said, is to relax! It is difficult to insert correctly when you are tense or in a rush, so it's always better to take your time. (Fold in half lengthwise, insert, then use the same motion as if screwing in a light bulb - you will feel it open up with your fingers, and can tug gently at the base to secure). This is easily the most sanitary option I have tried. Tampons, pads, and menstrual underwear generally leave me feeling unclean by the end of the day since my lady bits can't breathe! In all, I highly recommend Diva Cup as a safe and easy to use option!

This wash for socks and hosiery makes washing so easy! The no rinse factor saves time and the bottle lasted 3 months with nightly washing of compression stockings and socks! Highly recommend!!

I would personally recommend to see a physician if your experiencing real chest pains or high blood pressure. That being said. Im a very heavy drinker. And I used to smoke two packs a day. I randomly tried this and within 2-3 days I actually noticed results. I felt a lot of the tension and pressure relieved from chest and head. It made my mood swings and anxiety levels decrease. So just coming from a regular guy who doesn't believe always in homeopathic remedies, but I would definitely vouche for this one. Cheers.

the oatmeal ones are good (for those who aren't raisin fans, you can barely taste them). kind of a cross between a cookie and a power bar. ingredients are top notch and ratios of protein, fat, etc are exactly what I would want. filling enough to hold me for a couple of hours. did NOT like the chocolate chip flavor.

Great NAC at a low price makes it hard to beat. Is it any better than other NACs? No, but is equal to others at a lower cost.
