myCartridge Remanufactured Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 902XL ( Black, Cyan, Yellow, Magenta , 4 pk )

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this Cartridge Print Company. Let me tell you why. Almost 19 months ago we had bought a set (all of the colors and black as well) from this company. We had not needed the ink at that time, so I put the cartridge away until we ran out of the ink. Well I had forgotten where I had put it and had to buy some ink from the store. Very expensive! Well once we got low again, I finally found the ink (remember that 19 months had past). Well none of the cartridges work. Often printers will do "UP GRADES" and that had happened in that 19 months. Well my husband told me that we had just wasted a lot of money and that we needed to forget buying the cheaper cartridges. Well to make my husband happy, I wrote this company. I was SHOCKED, they answered my email within the same hour I wrote and said that they will replace the cartridges ASAP. They didn't even ask us to send back the old ones. I was shocked. Well true to their word, this fantastic company replaced all of the cartridges (we threw out the other ones) and we got the new cartridges in just two days. WOW - we are shocked and amazed that after 19 months this good company lived up to their promise. Since then, we have ordered more ink and will continue to use this company - because of their honesty! It is wonderful to find out that there are still good companies in the world that keep their promises.

I initally purchased two of these cartridges as soon as I purchased my new printer to have them on hand for when I ran out, I then purchased a second pair of cartridges when I bought a 2nd printer for a different location. The 2nd set that I purchased I ended up using first and did not have any problems with the new cartridges. but the original two that I purchased the printer will not recognize. I took them back out and reinstalled the originals and it recognizes them. I still had one set that was unused at my 2nd location I tried to install them today and the printer will not recognize them. The biggest problem is that I cannot return them due to the fact I purchased them ahead of time of needing them so it is past Amazons return date. They said they would get me the contact info for the seller to see if they would do anything but they didn't. Two weeks ago before I had tried the last set of cartridges and found out they didn't work I was having issues with another product that had to be returned and they credited me for two of the cartridges purchased but I am still out for the third set that doesn't work. One other issue that I had was with two of the cartridges when you have to remove the seal tape to install it ink starts pouring out of it and makes a big mess all over your hands and anything else in the way.

These work fine and the price is right.I bought a new HP 6968 to replace an ageing all-in-one. HP has a program called "Instant Ink" where they supply the ink, but you pay by the page. You agree to a price for some number of pages per month (they have 3 price/page-count points) and you also pay for overages. If you always buy full price HP brand ink and this is your main printer, you'll save some money. But if you buy compatible ink then their program is a very bad deal.I initially signed up, without doing the math. When I got an email saying I was about to go over and needed to pay a dollar for another dozen pages (or so) I cancelled the HP program. A minute later the HP cartridges that came with the printer (!) stopped working. I bought these via Prime and as soon they arrived I popped these in the problem was solved.

Bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 last year and the color ink went out quickly and so to save a buck I rolled the dice and tried this offbrand ink. I know I know... you guys told me but some said it was good. Anyway the color ink worked fine and installed no problems. So today the black is out and I tried installing the new larger black ink and nope... not after over 10 times of reinstalling it did it work! Even tried shutting it off and hoping to trick the printer... ah no. Plus I'm way out of the return window. So I guess sometimes you win on Amazon and sometimes you lose.

This was my first time ordering this product. The only reason that I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty I had installing the cartridges. The tabs which have to be removed before installation kept breaking rather than coming off in one pull. Then I had to carefully scrape enough of it up so I could try to pull the rest off. This happened for 2-3 times before getting it all removed and it happened on each of the cartridges. I have arthritis in my finger joints and this repeated effort hurt. I have never had this problem with genuine HP cartridges, so something about the tab or the mastic used to seal it in place must be different from original HP cartridges. However, once installed they have been performing just as good as the originals at much less cost. I was an InstantInk customer with HP before stopping that service and have not been using them long enough to know if they will last as long as theirs. I switched because we travel several months a year in our RV and do not always have wifi so usage can be uploaded to HP and that is required for that service. In my contact with myCartridge, they have assured me that they will have their people address this problem by improving the tab so its removal won't be such a problem. Only time will tell if they were serious and do something about it! I do plan to try them one more time when in need to see if the problem has been fixed.

My HP printer couldn’t recognize it at all. Had to send it back

J'ai failli endommager les têtes de lectures selon le spécialiste consulté. À éviter. À l'avenir j'achèterai des cartouches de la même marque que mon HP.Philippe Vaillancourt

doesn't work with my HP printer

I purchased the 902XL replacement myCartridge cartridges on May 11/19. I installed the colour myCartridge cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) in my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 today, removing the yellow label and orange cap as directed. My printer showed the following error message, "Cartridge Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge (all 3 colour cartridges were shown), making sure it is correctly installed." I reinstalled all 3 replacement myCartridge cartridges numerous times, making sure they clicked into place, with no change in the error message. When I reinstalled the old HP colour cartridges, the message disappeared and I was able to print in colour (although faded, because the old cartridges are almost depleted). This leads me to believe that I did not install the replacement myCartridge cartridges incorrectly, and that there is some other defect with the myCartrdge cartridges. Each myCartrdge cartridge had a small, yellow, circular sticker with V4 on it.I contacted the supplier, myCartridge, explaining the problem, but it has been several weeks and they have not ackowledged my complaint
