Q: Can you measure power plug's 110v THD using this?

I don't know of any straightforward way to measure distortion using an oscilloscope. However there is a way that's suitable for sources like generators that produce a consistent waveform: slow the sweep down so that you can't distinguish the sine wave at all. By doing this you should see a displayed bar of light whose intensity varies smoothly from top to bottom, symmetrical around the center. If you see horizontal bands of intensity embedded in the bar, those are areas where the rate of change is not consistent with a sine wave. This is a surprisingly sensitive test for repetitive distortion.

Q: What is the difference between the ads1013d and the ads1013d plus?

The ADS1013 II (which I have) has at least three differences: - UCB-C charging - A stand (it's possible the older one has one - can't see it from the pictures) - The BNC connectors are recessed on top (this is neater, but also a little tricky to plug in and remove the connectors). The core specifications seem the same, looking at the pictures in the listing.

Q: What is the input resolution in bits?

I don't know what the bit resolution of the adc is, but I would expect 8 bits. This is a rudamentary device that is very limited. I purchased it to make basic readings, and because of the display size. If you are concerned about bit resolution, buy something better. You get what you pay for, and a better scope is worth the cost. That said, this scope is a good basic model, if that is what you are looking for.

Q: Does this have a manual?

Yes, it does come with instructions, but I wouldn't describe the several pages in small type a manual. This is a very capable instrument but if you don't already know how to use an oscilloscope it will probably pose a challenge. It has limitations which I've described in some detail in an earlier rating. My main cautions for a new user (to avoid damaging something either inside the scope or in the device measured) are (1) the grounds for the two channels are common, and (2) this is a digitizing instrument and you can probably destroy the input A/D converter with too much voltage. It's not like the old days when a vertical-channel input input went to the grid of a vacuum tube.
