DISCONTUNIED MODEL SOLD UNABLE TO GET TOWER OF NETWORK
I have purchased this jio phone with pre-installed sim, but it's not working... Continously it's searching for netweok bar, unable to use devise..no customer service is not attending, visited store but since ordered from Amazon it's won't be activated....please suggest the procedure how to activate sim card or tell us procesure on email or whatspp ..how to activate sim on top most priority...till yesterday from purchase date tried for retuen...but unable to return due to parents sicknes....as well as tried for retueen from app but unable to return....please suggest...what is the use ..if I have purchased the product costing 1500/- or 1999/- in local market, whixh is doacontinued already.....why Amazon is selling is this...regards

The phone was turned on the day i got it. After inserting the sim, it dose not turn on, it shows that the battery is full. What to do next, Pleae bear with me. Do not sell products like this.
