Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910A 32GB AT&T Unlocked GSM 4G LTE Phone - White

I RECEIVED MY PHONE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY PHONE. I HAD THE ATT SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 BUT IT GOT DAMAGED WHEN IT FELL INTO THE WATER AT THE NAIL SHOP!!!... I LOVED THE PHONE AND JUST WANTED TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE IT IS A GREAT MODEL PHONE. I AM A STRAIGHT TALK CUSTOMER SO I WAS LOOKING FOR THE NEW NOTE 4 AT A GREAT PRICE. I FOUND IT HERE WITH THIS VENDOR AT AMAZON. IT WAS BRAND NEW AS DESCRIBED AND PACKAGED AS SO!!! I RECEIVED THE PHONE THE BATTERY AND THE CHARGER AS PROMISED IN THE BOX!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN. I MADE SURE I READ THE DESCRIPTION AS FAR AS IT BEING AN ATT UNLOCKED NEW IN THE BOX!!! IT ARRIVED VERY FAST AFTER I ORDERED IT. LOVE MY PURCHASE!!!!!

Amazon needs to disassociate themselves from this seller (JTS WIRELESS) because they are scammers and they are ruining the Amazon brand. The phone was a gift and I am so embarrassed. First of all the charger DOES NOT work. NO ELECTRICITY/POWER FLOWING to the device. And there was nothing wrong with the outlets it was tried in. Also, the phone is NOT BRAND NEW. Its either USED or REFURBISHED. More like used. I am not even sure if its really a Samsung brand.The phone has to be charged too many times within a day for a brand new device. The battery runs right down to critical within a few hours even with limited usage. Only Facebook and Whatsapp have been downloaded on it so far, so I have no clue whats using up all the energy in such a short time. I didnt even get a chance to test out the phone because I had it shipped to the address of my relative so she could get it on time before her flight to JAMAICA. The phone is in Jamaica. I feel so helpless. I cant even request a return or replacement. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I love the notes they are just a little power house. I bought this to do my business from wherever, the phone worked fine then randomly started shutting off when the battery was still at 50% .Not sure I am liking buying used phones , a failure in the devise when you need it for business is just too risky.This seller shipped fast and the phone was in beautiful condition.

I bought my first Note 4 in 2014. It did well but got bogged down. I ordered another Note 4 (rather than the Note 8, which was close to a thousand $$. The Note 4 arrived quickly, and I took it to AT&T to transfer all my data and pictures. They told me it was a refurbished phone (although it was billed as new). It seems to be working okay, but I'm wondering if it was preloaded with viruses or if that is just Samsung. I am basically pleased with the phone, but would be happier if it had actually been new.

I got this phone as an upgrade from a Galaxy Note 3 into this, a Galaxy Note 4. So far, my only complaint is that the touch-buttons are reversed, and that the phone itself arrived with a faulty antennae, causing it to drop a signal every 10 seconds. This happens everywhere, even in high-coverage areas. My galaxy note 3 did not have this issue, ever. This also makes it nigh impossible to make calls and surf the web unless I have wifi. The only workaround I've been able to find is to restart the phone/remove the battery until the radio works properly again, but it only maintains this state for so long before it begins acting up again.

This got to be the worst thing that I have ever done, the phone won't stay on and to turn it back on I has to plug the charger in the for it to come back on. I paid almost $200 for the phone and Samsung tell me that it will take $506.71to fix, if I was going spend over $700 for a phone I would have bought a new one. I read all the bad reviews and ignored them bad mistake cuz they was true, now I'm out of $200, a phone and more money to get a phone that work. So run away if you see this buyer selling phones
