Amazing little gadget, so easy to use & really light, i have arthritis in my hands so tend to have problem's with my grip.But this is perfect, I have been using a battery operated one, which was quite heavy & found that the button to control it was difficult for me.No problems with this though.For the price it's definitely a good buy, would recommend this to anyone, you won't be disappointed with your purchase.

The product is as expected and is a great little tool that does the job well; I have managed to take off gel polish and acrylic nails without any problems and my natural nails look really good using all the necessary drill parts - very pleased with this product.The only thing I don't like is the on /off switch which is a little flimsy.

I have a real thick toenail. With this unit, I can easily grind down the thickness and shape it to look normal.It is easy to use on oneself, well made, and costs 1/3 of a visit to the podiatrist; even if I had to buy a new one every year, it is a great product.

I used this on both fingernails and toenails. It took no time to set up but the instructions were a bit vague. However, it was quite self explanatory. It has a great choice of different files. Easy to figure out what job each one did. I cut back my cuticles - got rid of dead skin and shaped by nails easily. Some tools were slightly stiff to take out of the machine once used. But overall - for anyone looking for a compact and professional nail kit to use on themselves, family and friends - I would highly recommend this product.

Probably should have known better from the price, but I expected it to have at least work safely. During the first ever use it kept heating up, cutting out abruptly, and slowing down. After 10 mins use (20 mins if you include the time I gave it to cool down) it completely died on me (mid manicure!!), it overheated and began to smoke. I Unplugged it before it blew up on me.Sending back for a refund ASAP and I’ve ordered a different brand in the hope the new item gets here to save the day 😩🤞🏻DO NOT RECOMMEND, try elsewhere!

This nail polisher works really well and so much better than a battery operated one. For a few pounds more than a basic battery powered handheld one, it's really worth it. It buffs the nails in no time and there are 6 different drill bits to choose from for different effects or parts of the nail.The dial is responsive and can be turned up to a powerfully high setting. An all round good investment, my only criticism is there is no box or carry case to keep it in. But for the price, I guess that can't be expected and I will purchase a beauty case elsewhere.

I’ve had this for a week, used it twice on my clients and was very happy with the product until it packed up and stopped working. Tried returning however I am NOT paying £16 to return this, what a absolute joke. I know have numerous clients booked in and out of pocket. Spend a little extra and get a different nail file

So disappointed. I read reviews about there being no instructions and didn't think it would be a problem with all the information you can get on the Internet. I found the info I needed but still this absolutely battered my nails. I mainly wanted it to help remove acrylic dip powder nails and smooth new applications. I have tried every attachment, varied the speeds, watched YouTube videos and so on but cannot get on with this at all. My natural nails are sore every time and the acrylic patchy (which doesn't happen with the manual file). It was also purchased in the hope of speeding up removal and re-application but ends up taking 3 times as long. I really want to like it, maybe I am just not using it correctly, but I admit have been defeated. I have now ordered manual nail files and am preparing for the dredded hand cramp - which would still be better than using this! Id like to return it but I have used so many attachments, in the hope I can figure out what I'm doing wrong, that I don't think it's worth even bothering to try to get a refund now.
