…is a decent machine, this is more like a 4.5 score. Im a Mac guy of 10+ years but I needed something for SQL Server and Visual Studio. I also ran Tableau and R Studio. This machine did a very good job with running all of them. I personally despise 2-in1s, touchscreens, ChromeOS, and the other gimmicks. I just needed something with a good processor and adequate memory which seems to be increasingly difficult. This is a good value lightweight laptop if you’re in the same boat as myself.

The LG Gram was set up last week, so I have no idea regarding long term durability. While light weight, it does feel solid.Tips: The laptop comes pre-loaded with MicroSoft Office 365. Uninstalling 365 did not stop the constant 365 pop-ups. Downloading MicroSoft Office Home and School 2021 did. Note: Since this computer will be used in areas without Wi-Fi, 365 is not the best option for me.2. This laptop comes pre-loaded with PCmover Pro. You will also need a code for the computer that holds the information that you want to move to the new computer. You must call PCmover to get that code. (We did not know this and purchased PCmover from Amazon. Sigh.) PCmover did not move applications to the new computer. The applications still need to be downloaded. Honestly, so far, I have not seen that PCmover helped in setting up the computer. The previous computer's data was backed up to a cloud, and we download from there.LG Gram Pros:Lightening Fast! I bought this laptop after getting the original LG Gram 15' for 1 grand in 2017. That laptop was amazing, it got me through a master's degree and literally traveled with me around the world; without a single issue in all those years. When I bought this version, for $1600 I wanted the biggest amount of memory(32 gigs), hard drive space(1TB) and fast processor(i7, 12th gen). I did not start playing with VR or trying to use the latest ai tools until a month and a half after purchasing; that's when I realized this laptop is INCOMPATIBLE since it does not have an AMD or Nvidia graphics card. Anything you do with it will come to a crawl. So I am now paying $50 a month to use an online cloud system, because this laptop can't handle much. It's the lightest laptop at this size, and if you don't want to use it for gaming or ai; you'll be fine. I was 2 months to late, but I thought I had a decent work around since my internet is a solid 5G.Then the audio nightmares began. At first I was having problems connecting to Bluetooth; I changed to countless headphones until I realized the Bluetooth of the laptop is the source of the problem. Then the audio speaker of the laptop itself stopped working. Now I can only use an additional usb adapter to connect to some headphones; others still will not work. I can only use the headphone input with a cable; which I stopped using ever since Bluetooth 5 became a thing.Do not buy this laptop, I tried to resell it and now will only be able to get $350 for it, even though it's not even 6 months old. What a waste; I'm done with LG for good. Thanks for making such an amazing laptop 5 years ago, you use cheap products on us now but still charged a premium; I'll get rid of this crap and buy a $2500 Alienware laptop instead, screw the weight I need a machine that works.

I like it a lot. It is very light and fairly fast. It could use a little improvement of a better video card but that is only an issue for gaming and extreme graphics. The delete key position is awkward so I am having a little trouble takes getting the hang of it. Overall the keyboard could use some improvement. All else is fantastic. I am a former 2X Dell XPS 13 user.

It's been only a week since I got this LG Gram, so far so good!! I've heard some people say little problem with keyboard, not with me. Performance n design, great!! Only thing I noticed was the battery life. It's not bad, I'm totally ok with it but I really don't think it would last long like ad says. Overall I'm happy with this LG Gram!

Great laptop in soo many ways - weight #1, performance, good construction. But the number keys throw off your hand - particularly if you have adult size male hands. They should make a 2 models - one with the keypad and one without. I'm pretty sure but last I checked - not everyone is an accountant.

As all LG products seem to be of high quality, the LG gram laptop is excellent. Amazingly lightweight with good screen quality. The one feature I wish the laptop companies would provide is an indication of drive activity via an LED like they used to. Without this indication it is hard to tell whether something is happening or the computer is hung.

I'm so glad I purchased this laptop. I first got the 17" version from costco and it had issues from the start. I never got it to work properly. I found this one on amazon and decided to take a chance. Best decision ever. The smaller vesion is also more practical - it will fit the carryon luggage better and it's soooooo light. I love it. Also, I use it for business - quickbooks and some design software and it's super fast and can handle all my work without freezing on me. Even though it's so light the shell is super tough - I sat on it accidentally and there was no damage! If you're looking for a work laptop with large RAM, that's light weight this is the one. It also said it didn't have the touch screen but it does! Cherry on top!
