Superbly impressed by this brand & diaper!
I'm a verified buyer but was so excited about this diaper that I didn't want to wait until it allowed me to review from the order page (incase it doesn't tell you this is a verified purchase). This is my first cloth diaper, but it exceeded my expectations by a Longshot! I fully expected it to come from some cheap Chinese seller but it seems far from cheap.First of all: it arrived well before the expected delivery date, which was between the 21st & 25th. I received it on the 19th! It came in a super cute polka dot shipping envelope. Inside it was securely wrapped in plastic (which requires the use of scissors to open). After excitedly tearing into the plastic, you'll find a neatly folded diaper with a really well-thought-out "craft" (brown) paper tag (probably some kind of eco-friendly paper) which is cleverly fitted onto one of the snap buttons.Upon initial inspection of the diaper, I worried it was way too thick. However I soon realized that the two included inserts were in the pocket. The inside of the diaper is very soft fleece while the outside is a soft, flexible & waterproof fabric. The inserts are both microfiber cloth but each one has a different shape; as written on the tag: "for mix-n-match freedom!" but really just for preference. The stitching is very professional; no loose/stray threads that I can find.I'm incredibly picky about what I put on my daughter; specifically about fabrics/materials. I started using Hello Bello diapers for the sheer fact that they're so soft. I'll take poop on my hands over my little girl being uncomfortable ANY day. This is a very comfortable article of "clothing" that I feel confident putting on my baby's precious little bottom.I do worry about her getting too hot during [any] Alabama weather, though. Fleece is any Alabamian's worst nightmare... And my baby gets very, very hot veryyy fast. She sweats worst than me! In 60-70 degree temperatures!I looooove that it comes in lavender! My baby girl has porcelain skin that looks lovely in lavender. She's only 6 months old but already a big lover of color, art, and pretty things (ponies, fairies, rainbows, my hair - which is bright blue)... So she also approves!I'm honestly surprised that they can sell this diaper as cheap as they do; they must not make much of a profit at all. But I'm thankful for this, since I'm unemployed and just wanted a cheap diaper to test out cloth diapering before purchasing one of the expensive packs. However, now I want to stick with this company... So I plan on checking to see if they have any packs or deals on buying multiple diapers.I haven't actually tried the diaper yet, but I have little to no experience with cloth diapering anyways... So any review I have [on that] wouldn't be the best input.I am, however, a seamstress who comes from a family of seamstresses and this is a really excellent quality garment. My mother and I both approve of this product and can both say that it should hold up to multiple uses of a variety of "fluids" - or solids (given that the gussets hold everything in).My ONLY qualm is that I wish there was an option to attach the inserts outside the pocket - with elastic or snaps. But it's easy enough to sew on a couple pieces of elastic [myself] later (Gods know I have enough).I hope to be purchasing more soon! (we'll see how this new adventure goes)

Beyond obsessed with these cow diapers
This is my first time having a minky diaper and omg I'm obsessed. I love the feel of it. The microfiber inserts were also a first for us and I love those a ton more then the ones we have. Also love that they came with two inserts each diaper. They were great to double up last night and my little didn't leak at all.I also love that this brand isn't tight at all on his chonky little thighs.I gotta give both a 10/10. I'm obsessed and now we need to buy more of this brand.I bought these for his first birthday being cow themed and I thought it would be so cute to wear during that. But I'm so glad I took a chance with this brand. The shipping was also very fast and they were packaged really cute!

though I have wondered about how comfortable it would feel in the heat of the summer
This is a well-made cloth diaper that fits well on my previously smaller-than-average and now average chunky thighed baby. The fleece inside is soft, though I have wondered about how comfortable it would feel in the heat of the summer. I took off one star because I cannot recommend the insert that comes with it. It works fine if you are changing within two hours and your kid is not a heavy wetter, but I would recommend a better insert otherwise. We also have never been able to use this diaper overnight without leaks, no matter what kind of inserts and liners were used.

Wish we purchased earlier
overall, this diaper is pretty great for the price. Its very soft, easy to clean, very absorbent. My son is 99th percentile for height, weight and everything. He is 2 years old, 37 inches tall and 35 pounds give or take. He is not necessarily chubby in any way just very dense. He wears 3T to 4T clothing, mostly because of his thick thighs. This diaper just fits him but is a little tight in the thighs. He will be able to wear it probably for a couple weeks but not long enough for me to risk purchasing more of them. The print is super cute and very vivid. It has not faded in the wash.He wore this for a nap with both the inserts that came with it and they were perfectly absorbent for that time period and would have even been good for an overnight. He can sometimes actually wet more during a nap than he does at night. I do love that this diaper is significantly less bulky than our other big kid cloth diapers and wish it was just a little bigger so we could get more. Sometimes his other ones give us issues with his pants fitting correctly.Overall this diaper is would be a great purchaser for larger toddlers who perhaps have thinner thighs.

Decent diaper, deceitful company
I try to buy diapers made in the USA only. I know that materials get produced overseas, and it is difficult to find products that are 100% made in America, but I still try.The country of manufacture is not given in the listing, and everything I could find led me to believe this was an American company I was supporting. (Their website was not running at the time, only a facebook page.) The price is comparable to other USA-made diapers, so I made a calculated risk. I should have emailed the company first. When I received this diaper, the tag said plainly "Made in China." This diaper cost three times what most made-in-China diapers costs, and for the same quality. That's not to say the quality is poor, because the diaper itself is great. But misleading consumers by touting itself as an American product, and then trying to greenwash its manufacturing choices, seriously lowered my estimation of the company. I will not buy another Coqui Baby product, and I do not wish for anyone else to be misled into thinking they are supporting anything but the company's bottom line.If you don't mind purchasing made-in-China diapers, there are much cheaper brands that are also good quality, such as Sunbaby and Kawaii. If the $16 price tag is not an issue, purchase Thirsties, or spend the extra $2 and get BumGenius, and you'll get products that were actually made in the USA.
