I was looking at buying a calculator for my wife who is doing her AAT accountancy course / exams as the one she was using was to fiddly and she said the buttons didn't seem to be in the right place ( I think she just got it because it was pink ).After much research and reading I came across this particular calculator and the reviews were fantastic, especially as a lot of the people reviewing mention using it for accounts or AAT work.Once she saw it she stuck the pink one in the drawer!She loves it, a much bigger calculator overall, everything as it should be and big buttons.Funny thing is that it only cost £4 more than the one she had!!!Another great feature is that it runs on both solar and battery ( which is included) so plenty of life come rain or shine.Overall a great piece of kit, well made and as functional as you could hope a calculator to be.Fantastic value for money, highly recommended.

This is an absolutely wonderful Empire Electronic Desk Calculator ET-1200V, with Large Key Buttons for easy use by the visually impaired. It has 12 Digits, Large Eye-Angled Display, and is Solar 2-Power with Battery Included, for immediate usage. It was essentially needed for the calculation of numbers and for bookkeeping and financial budgeting. I am extremely thankful for this beautiful Electronic Calculator. Great product, value for money, easy to use, it only takes minutes to operate and the results are brilliant.

It's massive! It's the size of an A5 paper. Works like a charm, better with the battery if using it not in direct daylight. Also, the sound when pressing buttons is not quiet. I fully expect to be embarrassed by it during an exam.Overall, very good calculator.

Great unit, easy to use worth every penny.

Good size keys on this one, somewhat larger then the Casio I have (that's a good thing easier to hit the keys as they are bigger)I like the fact it's AA powered v the usual button cells Lithium ones you get. Overall quality is up there with other models I've used, being super picky the moulding on the back of the battery door wasn't quite as smooth as it might be, but that's a minor point. Plastics seem durable. Display very easy to read and of course it's dual powered so it can if there is enough light run just off the solar panel, battery is there as a back up really.You do get the AA cell supplied (works best with non rechargeable cells). Nice calculator ideal for my requirements.
