The 7-Keto DHEA Complex delivers what it promises, I started getting results right away. I took 1 capsule as directed and began to feel the thermogenic effects and energy boost on my first day. My cardio workout was longer than usual with less effort and more burn considering the amount of perspiration.The most significant thing about taking these is the appetite suppression that seems to happen naturally and lasts all day. I take it early in the day because it has caffeine and it can keep you energized for too long if you're sensitive to that. The L-Carnitine is a fat burner and is much needed for me to burn belly fat. I've used it before but this is even better with the added support. Great product and with 120 capsules my goal is to get in better shape before the holidays!

Didn't do anything at all

I can't say exactly what is in this or how much it helps but I am giving it a chance. Will only know if it helps when bloodwork is done. Like most supplements and vitamins , will find out in a few months. But as far as the actual pills. No bad smell or taste. Somewhat easy to swallow. No issue reactions from the pills while taking them on an empty or full stomach. Started Keto back up again and i know the first few weeks are the hardest and seems this might be helping with the energy lows.

I finished using this product last year, but unfortunately, I can only find a photo of it without any notes. The only thing I can recall is that I purchased it because I was already taking L-Carnitine and wanted to cut carbs from my meals, although that plan didn't go well. My goal was to achieve a six-pack, but I've come to accept my lean body without much muscle definition.During my time using this supplement, I didn't notice any significant increase in energy as advertised. However, this could be because I had been taking L-Carnitine and other ginseng-related products prior to trying this one. If you haven't tried similar supplements before, you may experience a positive effect that I didn't personally notice.In short, for me, it was a decent one-time trial, but I didn't experience any noticeable difference that would make me choose this product over other supplements I've been taking.

I've been on the high protien/low-carb "ketosis"/Atkins diet for over a year now, and love the keto-boosting supplements, 'cause sometimes now I cheat a little! I feel like these help keep my metabolism on track. I also have taken DHEA off and on, but seeing that these two supplements are together, that's one less supplements dose to take along with all the other supplements I take! This is a great idea, combining the two.

I have only taken these for a few weeks, so I have not noticed any major weight loss. However, I can tell they have definitely helped with my appetite. I have not been as hungry lately.
