Much better than expected. This is as good as OEM, which begs the question: Why doesn't Toyota have this anyway in the Rav4?I bought this to give my phone a "home" when using ApplePlay. With ApplePlay I don't really need to see the phone screen. I just wanted to have a spot where the phone wouldn't bounce around the car when driving. So this works PERFECTLY.The device is a great solution for dividing up the "cubby" into more usable spaces.Fits solid and fits exactly right. BTW, even the "diagonal design" of the nonslip pads matches the rest of the car. My car is a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XLE.

This organizer is very easy to install and remove. The fit is tight but that's okay because it does fit in the end. I missed having the light at the top of the space it fits into (this organizer completely blocks the light), so I got a low profile USB adapter for the 9V port and stuck an ambient USB LED light in it. Not thrilled that I paid more money to solve this problem, but I have ambient lighting in that spot again at night. If you go the same route, know that it must be a low profile adapter because the organizer sits right up against the port. Anything protruding out would sustain downward pressure over time, which I am sure is not good.

My mobile barely fits in the left compartment (I have a cover). The right compartment is basically dead area because it is blocked by the shift stick when it is in the "P", which means if your passenger puts their stuff in it and you park your car, you have to move the stick to "R" or even "N", which is a great hassle.Update:I understand there is a modification to the design to address these issues, but I don't know when will the updatd design be available.

I bought this before I even had my '22 Rav4 as I knew the space under the controls was too large. I like to keep a spot just for my phone without a bunch of other random objects. I was a little concerned that the USB cord would get pinched or bent, but the holes in the back of this little plastic piece lets the cord come through to hook up to my phone without any issues. I have a large case on my phone, and this storage unit lets my phone slide in and out easily. There are 2 sides so my passenger also has a place to set a phone. This console organizer looks like it came from the factory when installed. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

This slides in to that cubbyhole behind the shifter, and adds a shelf which is divided into 2 phone-sized slots. It makes that area a bit more useful, keeping smaller items more organizedThey include a nonskid pad for each slot. I hid my old iPod Shuffle in the back of one slot - it's got holes at the back for cords to come thru. There's room for a couple lipglosses in that slot, and my phone fits in the other slot.It's just a little thing but I like the convenience.
