My complaint is that the 4 pack claim is false and misleading. It is 4 Pieces NOT a 4 pack. 4 pack suggests 4 sets of molds (as shown in the picture) which make 4 ice cubes each (16 ice cubes) what you REALLY get are 4 pieces 2 trays and 2 lids (8 ice cubes). I consider this to be misleading advertising. After contacting Amazon believing I was missing 2 sets, and arranging a replacement for the correct quantity, again I received only 2 trays with a sticker stating “4 pack”. Expect to pay double for this item and receive no help from Amazon customer service regarding the discrepancy in quantity.Note: I have not yet filled them to review whether they work as expected.

I love it. I haven't used it yet, but I know it'll be lots of fun. Each "Diamond" will be huge.

By the picture and noted 4 pack, it looks like you should receive 4 separate silicone trays to make a total of 16 cubes at a time. My box only came with 2 trays to make 8 at a time.

The picture states 4 pack and I did not receive 4 trays. False advertising.

Bought this for my 21 year old son (at his request) and we had a blast making them over New Year's Eve! You get 4 molds in a box so it makes 16 cubes. They really work well, too. Little trick - use bottled water if you want clear "diamonds."
