I have had and used this Shark Rocket Deluxe Pro Ultra-Light Upright (HV321) (Certified Refurbished)Sold by: VMInnovations for 3 weeks and absollutely love it. It arrived well packaged and sparkling like new. This is my first time buying a Refurbished and was a bit apprehensive, but the savings over new finally overcame my trepidation.I am 78 years old and live with my wife in a 1,700 sq ft 55 and over condo and was looking for a small vacuum for little jobs like kitchen spills and other odd small jobs that make taking our larger, heaver Hoover out of the closet a bit of overkill. What I found was that this Shark works great for tiny jobs, larger areas and even whole apartment vacuuming. Fully assembled it weighs less than ten pounds and the top clicks off to function as a hand held, and weighs a mere 5 pounds.Pros:It is light and so very easy to maneuver around obstacles. You literally steer it by twisting the handle as you vacuum.It breaks down into three very light components.It lays very flat and easily slides under beds and furniture.It is quiet, much quieter than my Hoover power drive.It is easy to empty the dust compartment: it takes literally seconds.It has a permanent filter.It has headlights that help with spotting areas that need a second going over.It is powerful on the regular setting, but has a higher brush speed for difficult areas.Goes from carpet to hardwood without changing settings.Converts to a very light handheld in seconds.Comes with enough attachments for most any vacuuming chore.Cord is extra long.On - off controls are contently located within thumb reach.Cost was less than $100 delivered.Cons:I have thought and thought, but cannot for the life of me think of even one!I will update in a couple of months. In the mean time, with what I know at this time, I hardily recommend this vacuum. Go for it!

Very happy with this vacuum overall, it has so much more power than our previous one. Picked up human hair, cat hair, kitty litter, food from toddler, & pine needles & leaves that were tracked in from outside. The hard floor attachment works amazing, I would say it works only ok on carpet, luckily our house is mostly hard floors. The vacuum had quite a few scratches on it but it is a refurbished so I guess that’s to be expected. Only issues, small canister (doesn’t bother me but others it might) & the design of the vacuum doesn’t quite make sense...it’s sooooo top heavy and won’t stand on its own. Not a huge issue, but it takes some getting used to. It came with the wall attachment so we can store it properly though. Has a nice long cord also. I was worried about it being super loud like our old vacuum, I would say it has “normal vacuum noise”. I can’t vacuum right outside my son’s bedroom if he’s napping, I’ll put it that way. It did a fantastic job with picking up kitty litter and pellets from our pellet stove! That’s the real test...our other one spit them out the back. Definitely would purchase again, just hoping that it will last us for a long time now!

Could not handle the wife's long hair. Had to cut her hair off the power brush/roller every time we used it. The hair caused the powered brush assembly to burnup/melt after about 3 years. Unit did not have very good suction from new though was very light and manurable. Trying a different brand this time.

I have a Dyson upright so why would I ever want anything else? Well that sucker (pun intended) is heavy to carry up and down stairs. I’m 71 and it’s a struggle. I saw an infomercial about the Shark Rocket and was intrigued especially after reading reviews. I ordered that day from Amazon. It arrived early and I immediately assembled and plugged it in (I decided against the rechargeable model because I be had issues with rechargeables previously). My Dyson has been retired and gathering dust since using the Rocket. I actually enjoy vacuuming (never spoke those words together before). It has amazing suction and is the easiest vacuum I’ve ever used. I love the way it swivels to get around and under items. BIG plus is I can remove the head and use as a hand vacuum with no effort. I seriously look for things to clean with it. I’m here to say one of my BEST purchases I’ve ever made and will never use another vacuum ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would give 10 stars I’d I could!

Unit arrived complete and in perfect condition. Handy dandy little vacuum. I have terrazzo floors and I live in Florida so there is a sand issue with which to be handled. The Shark Rocket can deal with it. I also have a dog who sheds. Again, the Shark is able. I am always amazed how much it has picked up when I empty the cleaner. The LED lights make sure I miss very little. The attachments are easy to connect and disconnect. The unit is easy to maneuver and very compact. I especially like the convenient hanger provided so the cleaner can be hung on the wall when not in use. Great little machine that eases the drudgery of vacuuming. I just hate spending money on something that means work when I use it. This I don't hate so much.

I have had my vacuum for a few weeks. Overall, I am very happy. I like that it is fairly light and no more need for bags. The cleaning power seems to be really good as well. I ran the Shark over a floor that I had just vacuumed with my old vacuum and could not believe all of the dirt still in the carpet.I don't care for the smaller head and it does not appear to suck as well going backward but I am still very happy with it.

Absolutely love this vacuum! The suction is great, we can vacuum the entire house and not have to empty canister until we're done, and the cord is long enough to be plugged into an outlet in the middle of the house and reach everywhere. All the attachments work well and do their job.

Amazingly powerful, picks up all the dirt my old vacuum left behind. Nice long cord too. I don't like that it doesn't stand by itself and falls over if you don't lay it down. Found out the hard way after it chipped our new baseboard trim. Other than that it's an excellent vacuum cleaner.
