I have been using Symprove for a few months now and I can say that it works! It's brilliant, my bloating is gone. It's an easy and now integral part of my daily routine and I certainly notice the difference if I miss a few days. I have tried all flavours and my favourite is Strawberry & Raspberry. I can't recommend it enough - literally life changing.

Symprove - I have used this on and off for years, I tend to use it 3 months on and 3 months off. I have tried other probiotics but none have been as effective for me personally. Its not magic you do have to try and eat healthily too but its a fabulous boost and my partner takes it now too.

I got about 4 x 4 week supply if not more since the beginning of summer until now.I used it for 3 months as a health maintenance tool, unfortunately after some time I developed rather unpleasant digestive issues: stomach ache, massive bloating, high acidity. Over time it got worst.At first I didn't connect this with use of Symprove as I considered it harmless dietary supplement.However, after one month brake and restart I became even sicker. I developed frequent nausea. I am now on maximum dose of Omeprasole and have to restrict my diet.I never had problem with probiotics in the past.This feels like I have a form of poisoning and my gut is over - infested with bacteria.This product might be good for some people but it is definitely not for everyone and definitely should be used with caution, especially for weeks and weeks on.

This product has alot of research evidencing that it survives the stomach acid in the gut and can therefore take effect. I found the taste of the original flavour to be tolarable. I was easily able to build a routine to take it each morning. I found I had fewer colds when taking it. I also have IBS, so I took it to help with that. It was hard to tell how much of a difference it made to managing the condition. Also, the product is very expensive so this makes it difficult to take long term. I hope they are able to reduce the price to make it more affordable.

Highly recommendStarted using this a couple of years ago for troubles in my gut from a virus I caught from abroad.Along with a structured diet for 4 weeks, I was so much better.I continued taking ‘my shot’ every morning and will do for the immediate future as I believe it’s helping with other problems I have.If you think it’s expensive, break the price down to a daily portion. A treat for your gut.

After nearly 3 years of using Symprove daily, I can honestly say that the gut problems I have had for years (discomfort, bloating, irregularity) have improved dramatically, making daily life and sleep patterns much more predictable. It is now a part of my morning routine, being the first thing I reach for from the fridge. The taste takes a little getting used to, but it is well worth persevering. The 7 day travel pack makes it easier to take on your holidays.

This helps - having used this product for a while now, I can confirm that it has also helped me with my stomach and overall health. I'm following a low FODMAP diet and avoiding lactose too, so this product worked with this.
