HosaFSC-385 Dual Latching Guitar Style Footswitch

A dual, latching footswitch at a very reasonable price. It's fairly light but seems sturdy and well made so I expect it to endure the test if time. I have been using it as a remote-control for my Carl Martin Headroom spring reverb for months now without issue. The switches are easy to press and work reliably.

Solid build and does what it says on the tin. Using it to bypass a subwoofer and it does the job perfectly!

I used this as a foot switch for a Boss Katana 50. It works well to switch between the presets and preset banks. It’s robust too. I only scored it 4 instead of 5 because it doesn’t come with a cable to connect to the amp, this has to be bought separately.

I bought this for my fender Deluxe 112 Plus for channel select and reverb on/off.Most double latching foitswitches are TRS with the tip going to one switch and the ring to the other. This one is no different.Works for most amps but not a fender amp. I didn’t mind, I bought it because so it’s cheap and well made with the intention of re-wiring it to work for me.I had to convert to mono and fit 1N4448 diodes (pennies of Amazon) noting they are directional and must be installed opposite way round to each other on both switches - 1 diode is recognised by the channel select, the other by the reverb on/off.Works perfectly and saved me £50 by not having to buy a fender one!Schematics for footswitch are widely available online. Buying a switch ch like this is cheaper than buying all the parts to make one! It takes 5 minutes to modify one if it’s not doing exactly what you want.

Good switch at a great price, does the job really well and fairly substantial for the cost of it

My Fishman one has a broken cable and is hard to repair. A new Fishman one is over £60. This is a bargain, and much tougher. Fantastic value and highly recommended.

Bought specifically to act as a dual latching footswitch for the boss katana MK2 50. Sturdy well built construction and does the job it's meant to do, switch between banks a and b and channels 1& 2. Only downside no led to show which bank/Chanel you're in but at 1/3 the cost of an fsc6 you can use your ears. You will need a TRS cable to run it. Very happy.
