why are these 2x the cost then office depot?

I just checked. The 4L on here is $16.99 and the same exact brand and size at Office Depot is $13.89. Far from twice the cost and I live far enough from the city that $3 more online with free shipping isn’t a bad trade off for the drive.

Will legal size copy paper (8-1/2 x 14”) fit in this box?

I use the 4 litre for storing Letter Size paper (8-1/2" X 11") paper, and the 6 litre for storing Legal Size paper (8-1/2" X 14") paper. The 4 litre is almost a perfect fit for Letter Size. The 6 litre has a little room to spare; in length, for Legal Size paper. Following are the specifications from the Really Useful Box Inc. web site.
