Can i use this on my hair scalp

i would think it would be difficult to get to the scalp, it is fairly solid but melts into the skin with the warmth of rubbing I have used it on arms and legs which are hairy but the scalp with a full head of hair would be difficult but may not be impossible

No. And if you allow me, no cream can remove scars. You can help it heal by applying nourishing creams and the scar can fade overtime but there is no point wasting money in expensive products that won’t “remove” it.
