Good value, good quality arrived on time
Arrived on time but with a mistake, which was corrected the next day. The replacement was correct but it was bent in transit making a slight crease. It did bend back with only a remaining very slight crease which probably nobody else will notice now it's framed on the wall.

I was a little apprehensive as you tend to be with personalised items. I ordered one for my sisters wedding as a keepsake from my daughters/her nieces. It arrived quickly and I have to say it was very good quality and professional. Sure my sister thinks it’s worth more than it was. I put it in a pure white frame and it really looked lovely.
