This arrived in good time and it was a little larger than I was expecting. It looks really good and my daughter will love it. Easy to hold and picture on it is good quality.

Very cool mug. Looks amazing and is hand painted. Arrived in perfect condition. Great for any beauty and the beast fan and would make a great gift. Although, due to its movie accurate shape, you would need to take care when washing or handling it. Very happy with my purchase.

It was really cute and the person I got it for loved it, although when it came it had slight cracks in it, they weren't sharp but it looked like it had chipped up the top coat of whatever had been put on, overall was my friend was happy with it.

It did come in a nice box. Good quality and light to handle especially for kids

Purchased as a gift. Check it over and looks well made and good quality.

A lot of detail

Nice item however not sure if due to temperatures it’s now got what looks like scratch marks on the outside and inside which is strange, unsure to use it now in case it shatters whilst holding boiling hot water/tea :(
