I've bought this for my mum. She lives in a country where any type of supplements are very expensive and she could not afford to buy supplements herself. Couple of years ago she had a cancer and after chemo and a surgery she was cleared with the chance of 20% that cancer will be back. Chemo caused a blood cloth in her leg and this led to a losing her small toe. Now she is having two spinal disc herniations so I do hope that these supplements will help strengthen her immune system.Packaging is very good. English label would be very much appreciated.

Wow! I’ve taken vitamin b12 supplements for a while and noticed a difference from them but Primal Balance is in a different league! Since taking these capsules, I’ve found that I’m more awake and alert. I have more energy to do the things I need to as well as the things I want to. I can not recommend these capsules enough, the difference is amazing. Fantastic value for money and I will definitely be buying more.

So far, so good.High-ish doses of all the B vitamins with all their associated benefits in one (not very large) capsule.Capsule is easy to swallow with or without water and does not leave any after taste.There is smell of yeast in the jar thanks to the yeast derived vitamins, but, no after taste as I said, and it isn't an over powering smell like some an be.Two month supply at a dose of 2 capsules per day, so fairly economical.No adverse reactions to these in the week I have been taking them.

The Vitamin B capsules are very easy to swallow and dont leave a horrible after taste.I have been using these to help boost my energy which I felt was flagging due to the normal everyday rushing here ,there and everywhere.Since taking them I do feel a bit less lethargic and have a bit of a spring in my step.I will continue using them as I feel they are beneficial to me.Ialso hope to see additional benefits to skin,nail and hair with continued use.If you are looking for an all round boost of Vitamin B I would reccomend these.
