Q: Is it just the pendant or pendant and a chain?

Pendant and a chain. I've had lots of compliments about mine. Would recommend.

Q: What does it come in?

It comes in a little plastic bag and then a small drawstring bag. I actually bought a gift box (locally) to make it look better presented. The bag is nice so also kept it in that too.

Dear customer, Silver has the property of oxidizing after a while, turning dark and losing its shine. This happens because hydrogen sulfide and other sulfur compounds attack the metal and the resulting silver sulfide damages the surface. Your piece of jewelry therefore needs regular maintenance. Care instructions are enclosed with your article. Simply clean your silver jewelry with a silver immersion bath and / or polish it up again with a silver cleaning cloth. You will then find that the discoloration disappears and your piece of jewelery will shine again. Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided in the long term and has nothing to do with our quality. Rather, the skin texture and stress play a role. From our own experience we can say that our products last a long time with the right care, such as no contact with water, perfume or body lotion.
