F.A. Porsche 14.5 cm Chef's Knife

even though i am not a keen cook, i do recognise the importance of quality kitchen tools, and a knife is probably one of the most important. This knife is incredibly sharp and at first appears to be style over substance, but when using it, it feels nice in the hand, balanced and quite substantial, the little 'pips' look like they wouldn't do much of a job seperating the blade from the handle, but it surprisingly does. Now, is this knife worth the money? well if you want an extremely sharp and well designed knife and also have an eye for artistic design, then yes it is worth it.

Ich besitze dieses Küchenmesser seit fast genau 5 Jahren und es ist bis jetzt genau die Investition fürs Leben, die es sein soll.- Aus einem Guss- Sehr scharf- Sehr schön- Sehr gute ErgonomieKeinerlei Verschleißerscheinungen oder sonstige Probleme. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen!

excellent ergonomic kitchen knife

I love these knives. They have a great weight and style. I still have the very first in this series which was purchased way back in the 1900s. 😂
