The package was wrapped very carefully. Each part is safely placed in it’s own space. More importantly it works Very efficiently! The food processor saves a lot of time and makes cooking so much easier! It can chop 5 cucumbers in 10 seconds!! It’s Easy to clean as well!

Took a little getting used to as far as handleing and adjusting recipes a tad , now we use this to help make meat,pizza dough and hummus . Slices veggies well but, don't use to much force on the pusher it dosen't need it. Still get that last little piece of veg on top of the slicing blade but, they all do that I think. It's quiet and fast to use.Feels heavy and stable on the counter.It's a good helper.

Got this food processor a few days ago, and it is helping so much with cooking! I basically cook everyday, and usually preparing takes most of the time. I got tired of slicing, chopping, etc. This processor can chop, slice meat and vegetables pretty fast, it saved me a bunch of time. Also it is very easy to use and clean. Overall I’m very happy about it and would recommend for people who cooks a lot.

Received this processor a week ago and after using it several times I had to say this is a fatastic food processor. It was well packed and really easy for me to put together. The instruction tells details and you need to read it carefully before use the machine. It is very powerful.The process of making ground pork became much easier and faster with this machine. Since I almost cook everyday, it helps me save a lot of time.

Last time i have good experience on aicok’s blender. Then I realized I need a food processor to make ground meet. So i certainly bought this aicok for a try. Just like I expected the sharp blades and different speed functions are working prefect. The ground beef we just made for dumplings is tasted much better than the one I bought from supermarket. It’s a joyful thing to cook with aicok’s food electronics.

this product is so convenient that it saves a lot of time. when you cut food by piece or cut the meat to make meat balls, it can help you easily. you do not need spend a lot of time preparing food. and also the machine is easy to clean. you just unpack it and clean. so convenient. I will recommend to my friend to buy it. and the price is acceptable.

When I got this, I realized I'd ordered something much larger than I was used to, and found that rather than take it out, and put it together I'd save time by just using a knife to slice vegetables. When I took it out this week to use it, I plugged it in and the motor didn't turn on. I plugged it into several different outlets. Spent about 1/2 hour just trying to get it to work. I wish I'd bought another Hamilton Beach. I used that smaller food processor several times a week for over 20 years before finally a piece of plastic cracked. Gonna buy another one now.

It is a great appliance to have in kitchen. My mom like to make dumpling and we really need a food processor. This machine is very easy to use. It also helped her to cut those vegetables in thin pieces which can make the dumplings It also comes in many different blades. My mon also uses it to cut meat as well. I just used once to make the meat ball for my daughter. It shred meat in tiny pieces. It helps us to save a lot time to prep our food. It also makes ingrediencies very fine and great to use.
