An amazing intro to a whole new world from the twisted sisters! Such amazing detail when it comes to both world and character building. But then I expect nothing less from the twisted sisters! Ofcourse we get the expected heart wrenching cliffhanger ending. Soo many emotions in such a short amount of pages. But damn has it got me excited for this storyline! I can’t wait to see what happens.

A new world, new rules, new places, new religion, new characters, new everything.If you have finished all that Solaria has to offer. Be surprised because this is different.

This book is amazing, it introduces you to kyra. Giving you her back story before game of malice and greed - which is helpful as she can’t remember.If you enjoy the twisted sisters writing you will love this. If your new to them enjoy the journey

Loved every second of this novella. I originally read this series a year or so ago under the Kingdom of thieves title. Getting this look at Kyra and how she becomes what she does is amazing. On to the first book now

This prequel was a good intodruction to the new series, I liked the introduction of Kyra's character and the storyline of what happened to her

This novella had me so intrigued for this series. It kept me hooked from the start, was easy to read and Im looking forward to reading more about Kyra and the world. I actually found this one quite sad to and I can’t wait to see what comes of this world.

This was a short but great read. I was hooked from the first page.Fantastic world building and a great introduction to Kyra.I am really looking forward to Game of Malice and Greed and seeing how this story progresses.

It is all from Kyra’s POV and boy does this not disappoint. Now onto A Game of Malice and Greed!!My Personal Ratings:5 Stars: Loved it! Couldn’t put it down or obsessed about it while needing to get to the end of it. Had to share some bits with my hubby!! Usually read in less than 2 days cause a girl has got to sleep sometime. Will be reading everything this author has to offer and most likely reread the series as next books in the series are released.4 Stars: Really Good. Whether the story drew me in or a specific character, will definitely continue the series and look into more books by this author.3 Stars: Enjoyed something about the book, whether it be the storyline or a character but also may have not liked something. Sometimes the book is great but needs some TLC from an editor. May or may not continue the series.

I absolutely loved reading the prequel. I can’t wait to get into the series more. Susanne and Caroline sure know how to write a story. I’ve read all their books and absolutely love their work

Very interesting backstory! Before reading this, I read A Game of Malice and Greed and the Zodiac Academy series. I’ve enjoyed these books as far as the story lines and characters; however, being a transcriptionist, words are my life and my biggest pet peeve is the use of the wrong word, incorrect grammar and spelling. They could use a good proof reader. That being said, the errors do not detract from the stories, which are excellent.

There was so much going on that I couldn't put it down. I loved the insight into Kyra's character and motivations.

This book was AMAZING! They packed so much into this short novella. So many feelings in so few pages! The sisters never fail to take my heart away with their writing. I loved this book so much. I’m curious to see how it comes into play in A Game of Malice and Greed. So excited for all this brand new series has in store! I usually hate reading incomplete series but I want to support my favorite authors. ❤️
