Ex-Pro Instant Hot Water Dispenser, 2600W, 2.7L Tank with Fast Boil, Variable Dispense, Adjustable Temperature, Boil Dry & Overheat Protection

I bought this as a replacement. This one is a much sleeker design and doesn’t take up as much room. The hot water it dispenses is very hot which I’m very happy about, and it dispenses in 100, 200, 300 and 400ml amounts. It heats extremely quickly and it’s no trouble to quickly re set to boil more if 400 ml is not enough. The touch control pad is sensitive and very clear. There is a lock on the machine which is very easy to unlock by pressing gently and holding the lock icon for about 3/4 seconds. For a household with someone who finds lifting a kettle difficult this is fantastic and gives some independence to make a cuppa! There was a slight defect on the corner of the machine which I didn’t notice straight away unfortunately so I would recommend checking it carefully, having said that it doesn’t affect the ability of the machine to work.

Had this for a few weeks now and it works quite well.It's a pleasant design and easy to operate. The generous water tank is mounted on the back of the machine and is easily accessible. Filling can be by removing the tank and placing under a tap or by removing the loose lid and filling via. a jug or water bottle.Holding the child proof lock, touch button allow access to the various features. Variable temperature from 45oC in 10oC increments. A tea/coffee button gives a temp. of 92oC rather than the max. 100oC. Fixed volumes of 100mls, 200mls, 300mls and 400mls plus a continual option. All volumes can be stopped from the start/stop button.One niggle is the shape of the unit's front. There is a removable drip tray to stand a cup on while being filled. The area behind is shaped to accomodate a cup or mug but anything with a large diameter will not fit deep enough for the water flow. If you want to fill a saucepan, for instance, you will need to use a cup to transfer the water.

I love this! My friend had one so when my kettle broke i decided to try it. I'm never going to look back! It makes a lovely cuppa, and very fast. Looks great in they kitchen too. I do drink a lot of tea so this has really been a bonus to me.You can also use it to make other drinks that require hot water but not boiling, like instant coffee or hot chocolate, as you can change the temperature.

Used daily, then tried to use today and started smoking and stopped working. Can't find a way to get in touch with the supplier to ask for a replacement or refund.
