Bought it for my wife after knee surgery and it is almost perfect . She is a lttle tallerth an ideal but still functions .The minor gripe ( and I have asked fit 4 home for advice awaiting a response) if that there appears to be "Knocking in the crankcase" this does not adversely effect the bike but is annoying.I am still giving 5* as it is a very sturdy and well built bike and took only 15 minutes ao assemble ( and I am 74)

DANGEROUS!!! Complete waste of money
It appears solid on first inspection but frankly it dangerous, not worth £100. The handle bars don’t attach securely no matter how much you tighten the nut it doesn’t grip correctly . I am not a heavy individual however on the 3rd use whilst standing from the saddle the handle bars snapped forward causing a pretty painful face plant! Avoid at all costs

Four Stars
The extra gel seat cover did not fit the seat on my F4H Olympic Intensive ES702 FIT4HOME as intended.

If you're fit enough to assemble it, you probably don't need it.
Bought from warehouse, arrived late, complete and intacti(sh).Listed as 'good condition' with 'Small cosmetic imperfection on top, front or sides of item.' - but had massive scratches and large dents.First thing to be aware of is that this thing is heavy. Very heavy. It is mostly made out of thick heavy soft metal, plus the weighted front wheel. You will need two fit people to assemble it, as the heavy main frame has to be tilted and held at an angle while parts are attached. You know when you buy a £300 bike and marvel how light the aluminum frame is .... well, this is the opposite, its like the £75 soft steel bike. Nothing wrong with that, its arguably what you'd expect at the price. Assembly is easier than 'a bike' because there are less parts and no fiddly bits like brakes or gears. The most significant dent was on the main frame housing frontpiece that the front stabiliser fits against. We originally thought we were fitting the stabiliser wrongly, but the cylindrical stabiliser is supposed to fit smoothly against that curved frontpiece of the main frame. On closer inspection (you could only really see the dent from underneath), that frontpiece turned out to be dented inward by about 1/2" on one side. That dent would have required a massive whack to do that at some point in storage/transit. Anyway - the package is open, the parts are laid out and the thought of repacking and returning is not attractive ..... so we got a 5lb lump hammer and hammered it back into shape. And, believe me, that required A LOT of hammering.Once assembled it seems OK. I don't use it, its for a family member, but I am writing the review watching them cycling away happily on it.Annoyed the description was so innacurate.

Product arrived within 2 days and was easy to assemble even for me. I'm pretty useless with mechanical things. Only tried it out once so far but seems really sturdy. I was recommended by my physio to start cycling, and this machine fitted all the required criteria.

Firstly there was a piece of metal protruding inside the frame where the saddle tube fitted. I contacted the distributor and asked if would be ok to file it down. No response. I purchased a file at my expense and corrected the problem. The assembly instructions are a joke and it has to be put together by trial and error. I will never buy from Fit4home again.

Nice bike
Nice sturdy bike easy to assemble as most of it is already done. Very quiet in use and easy to stiffen up the effort needed. Very well made but the "computer" is hard to understand.
